JUDr. Jan Nemanský, Ph.D.
JUDr. Jan Nemanský, Ph.D. has been a partner in Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. since 2014. He has been working in the law office since 2001. Since 2005, he has been an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 10599 and, since 2020, he has been registered in the list of resident European attorneys-at-law kept by the Slovak Bar Association under No. 300405. Within his field of specialisation, he provides comprehensive legal services in the areas of civil and commercial law and law of obligations with special emphasis on the provision of legal services related to receivables and their settlement. From 2009 to 2025, he was a member of the Control Committee of the Czech Bar Association. He serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
